Use Query() instead of QueryRow() for PostgreSQL insert action. #11

Using Query() worked okay for successful inserts. But on a failed insert, such as when a constraint was violated, it did not return a meaningful error message. QueryRow() was only willing to complain that it had gotten no rows in the result. It was necessary to use Query() to extract the postgres error message.
