Localization System

The engine use ucs file as the localization file, all localization files are saved under Locate folder of mod
cns - Simplified Chinese
cnt - Traditional Chinese
de - German
en - English
fr - French
ja - Japanese
To Edit ucs Locate file, you can any text editor, but you can also use UCSEditor to edit these files
