This release is the initial port of this campaign to BfW 1.16. Major changes include:

• Lua API migration
• Use more of the new 1.16 monsters
• Eowariand's side is now persistent between scenarios
• Fix various bugs reported by @Ashmyr
• Other miscellaneous tweaks
• Redo transport passenger unloading code with some help from @CelticMinstrel
