please clarify the copyright situation

Hi,

it is unclear under which license you want to distribute pdf2htmlEX

• in debian/copyright you write "GPL-2 or GPL-3"
• in README.md you write "GPLv3"
• in LICENSE you write "version 3 of the License, or (at your option) any later version."

So do you want to distribute it under GPL 2+3 or under GPL 3 or under GPL3 or later?

It would also be great if you could clean up those three files so that they agree on the same license.
