Goal: let the customers pre-order only till a certain time, like till Friday 6 pm, for the whole following and successive weeks.

Now: it's possibile to set a time-window before the order ("delay before the order"), that force the customer to order with a certain "forewarning". So if this value is 3 hours at 6pm the customer could order only from 9pm on. If this value is set on 1 day, the customer will be able only to order one day before.

It happens that many restaurants (caterings) accept orders till a certain day for the whole next week and this is an option, that it's not possible to set in the platform.
