At the moment to make it work:

docker build -t ubuntu-focal-with-ssh -f Dockerfile . to build the image

Then execute ./create-docker-container.sh

Then attach to the container with docker exec -it <container> /bin/bash
and we must run inside the container:

sudo service ssh start
sudo service postgres start

To find the port being attached to the different exposed ports:
docker port odoo-ce
