shorter but broader version of that branch with increased variation,
challenge, and resource distribution.

xNetHack Version 7.1 Release

This release is being made in order to get the new Valkyrie quest out
the door before Junethack 2022.

Since this is a minor release, its changes are listed in the 8.0
changelog rather than a separate 7.1 changelog, with the intent of being
less confusing when 8.0 comes out.

Windows binaries are available to download on the Github release page,
though please be aware that since this release is for Junethack, Windows
issues take second priority to any problems found on servers.

So fresh I never changed the NH_DEVEL_STATUS back to in progress!

This release is being made in order to get the new Archeologist quest
out the door before Junethack 2021.

Since this is a minor release, its changes are listed in the 7.0
changelog rather than a separate 6.1 changelog. I figure this will be
less confusing when 7.0 comes out.
