I don't think the rectangular box link indicators are awful, but this does look better, or at least more familiar/less jarring, in my opinion. |

Hyperlinks and references were represented by some awful rectangular box. The commits in this PR gets rid of those boxes, at the same time adds color styles to all internal and external links in the entire document.
