Lamportsmethods is to panic on overflow (due tooverflow-checksflag).Summary of changes

ProgramError::ArithmeticOverflowin the case of an overflow ofLamportstrait methods instead of panicking, giving more flexibility to the developer to gracefully handle overflow situations.
