Add RTEMS 6 container for cFS RTEMS workflows #11

A RTEMS container is needed to support cFS RTEMS 6 builds. Same basic setup as 4.11 and 5 containers (targets i386/pc686 RTEMS, installs Qemu , etc)

Question:
Since RTEMS 6 is still the development/main branch of RTEMS, it will occasionally break, leading a container build to break. Should this container be built with a specific commit that is known to work, or should it track the head of the repository, knowing that it may break at times?
