Fedora 38 has been released so let's move our containers to be based on it.

Super minor/optional: I guess now we should say "Silverblue variants" or just "Silverblue" perhaps.
…riants There are coming more Silverblue variants so let's make it easy to add new ones by just updating a list and then looping over that list.
