We managed to ship this bug in the current 2022.6 release:
tokio-rs/tracing#2046

Which is definitely embarassing enough to cut a new release. (For both them and us, but I explicitly mean we should cut an rpm-ostree 2022.7 with this downgrade)

I think the newest 0.3.11 version fixes this, but I'll let you double-check #3591 before merging.
