Bug Name: Emergency Call on Lock screen not working
Bug ID: 20
Area Path: com.android.phone
Build Number: AAT3B-50w7d1b and earlier
Severity: 5
Priority: 3
Assigned to: AptLogic/coretechsystems
Reported By: thevividyoshi
Reported On: 12/15/2017

Description:
When I tap the Emergency Call button in the pin lock of the lockscreen, com.android.phone crashes. Happens on AptOS-L 2.5. Thankfully, I haven't needed to use it yet, but this is a bug that should be fixed, before anyone needs to use it.

Steps To Reproduce:
Tap "EMERGENCY CALL" on lockscreen.

Expected result: Emergency Dialer

Bug ID, severity, priority, and PRIORITY 3 tag assigned.
This is a serious bug affecting most newer builds of AptOS, possibly as far back as 2.4.
I suspect a conflict between the SystemUI, com.android.telephony, and com.android.phone. I was able to reproduce the bug several times.
I will make finding and mitigating this bug a priority, and hope to release a hotfix asap.
