Just so you know what's going on, the Windows installer downloads node-webkit to the temp directory. It extracts only what it needs to run Fenix and copies it to the Fenix directory. So, the first screenshot is where the real problem is.... the second screenshot is a result of the first one not completing.

Also, this can sometimes happen if you're trying to install Fenix twice.... i.e. the installer is running more than once (perhaps by mistakenly opening it twice?).
