This patch is designed to enhance the built-in theme editor in Opencart 3.x. It addresses the issue where modifications made to template files through ocmod are not recognized by the theme editor, disregarding actual modifications and cached files.

Installation:

• Rename the file "fix_theme_editor_opencart3x.zip" to "fix_theme_editor_opencart3x.ocmod.zip";
• In the admin panel, go to the "Modules -> Installing extensions";
• Upload the file "fix_theme_editor_opencart3x.ocmod.zip";
• Update the modifications:
• Navigate to "Modules -> Modifications Manager" (or "Modifiers" in some versions);
• Click the "Update Modifications" button.
