Fix an addtional popup in redeemed test (EXPOSUREAPP-7893)

remove generic error for AlreadyRedeemedException as we handle it later in TestRegistrationStateProcessor

Testing

• scan redeemed PCR test QR Code
  or
• use cwa server with updated .server-config.yml to get always redeemed response

According to Jira ticket 21 days popup is expected. I recieve this error:

Steps:

1. create new test PCR QR code (wru, negative)
2. scan
3. delete it
4. scan again

21 days popup is expected for redeemed QR codes. If you scan the same QR code twice you get the right error message saying "The QR Code is invalid or has been registered".
