This PR adds responsive behavior to the sidebar component to improve its layout and usability on smaller screens. When the screen width is less than 640 pixels, the sidebar will be collapsed by default and can be toggled by clicking on a new button that appears in the header of the main content area. The collapsed sidebar will show only icons for the chat items, making it more compact and easier to navigate on smaller screens. When the screen width is greater than 640 pixels, the sidebar will appear expanded by default.
