Exudate Amount - string, ENUM: None, Light, Moderate, Heavy
Tissue Type - String, ENUM: Closed, Epithelial tissue, Granulation Tissue, Slough, Necrotic tissue
Description - String
Push score - number, calculated on the backend

scores should be based on the following table:
