Describe the bug

in the username box, even though the conditions are satisfied, the statement remain grey only

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to the user management page
  2. Click on add user
  3. Scroll down to the user name
  4. See an error

Expected behavior

when the statement gets satisfied, make the statement green.
