In Treatment summary there should be 2 sections Treatment and Treament Summary/Plan and improve typography. #3412

Describe the bug

In Treatment summary the Treatment summary looks confusing it should contain "Treatment" as heading and "Treatment Summary/Treament Plan" should be a sub heading containg the summary or plan of treament.
Improve typography of the page

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Go to patient dashboard
Click on Treatmemt Summary
Scroll down
See error
