Describe the bug
One card is missing on the Users page in 2 column view.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to https://care.coronasafe.in/
  2. Scroll to bottom
  3. See error

Expected behavior
Instead of showing 15 cards on 1 page, show 18 cards per page.
