Describe the bug
The Medicine tab of Patient consultation is crashing.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to https://care.coronasafe.in/facility/a31e6a24-0146-4043-b295-3a6c2fe7e095/patient/fd08a11b-a0f1-4a1a-b818-fa04955acc25/consultation/bf016fef-fc5c-4d06-beff-a21dee7480d7/medicines
  2. See error
