Add advanced filter for "respiratory support"

A patient in CARE may be on various types of respiratory support. the possibilities are

• None
• O2 support (oxygen support)
• NIV (non-invasive ventilator)
• IV (invasive ventilator)

In the respiratory support field,

• if nothing is selected- No respiratory support
• Oxygen support is the same as O2 support
• NIV and
• IV

There must be a filter in the patient list to filter patients based on the oxygen support they are on.

Describe the solution you'd like

• Add a filter "Respiratory Support" with dropdown with the following options

• None

• O2 Support

• NIV

• IV

• Place the filter right above "telemedicine"
