Fixed oxygen support option in respiratory support

Proposed Changes

• Fixes O2 is bydefault getting selected in respiratory support of patient critical care log update  #5254
• Adds option to select none (default) for respiratory support in critical care
• Fixes problem of O2 and none having the same value
• Updated UI of badge on patient card to look more consistent.
