Review time is malfunctioning in patient log update

Describe the bug

When we are marking a review time in a log update for a patient, by copying previous data of the patients log, the review time is not getting saved even though the log is getting saved.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to https://care.coronasafe.in/facility/98375114-038b-4c95-a580-86d9ad09d06a/patient/e20f56a7-f822-4087-80e7-ec85d05849c8/consultation/411a34f3-aa20-4b09-8d9f-0f38b5ee3ff2 ( a patient with multiple log update, but no review time set on any previous data )
2. Click on log update and select normal log update
3. Click yes for " Do you want to copy Values from Previous Log? "
4. set a review time for the patient
5. save the log update
6. Click on the update log button on the same log update card u recently filed present in the update log section
7. see the error that, the review time was not even saved by the form.

Expected behavior

When we create a review time for a patient, it should be working properly.
