Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
It becomes very difficult to suggest investigation (https://care.coronasafe.in/facility/015ad911-39b7-4104-b304-bf8178c33830/patient/aefb147a-eb09-4dd0-8390-e2cd5a05f326/consultation/bf427945-d677-4b13-8577-2cba9940ac1d/update), since there are way too many fields to fill out.

Describe the solution you'd like
When non repetitive test is suggested, make the time non-mandatory.
