Describe the bug
Asset working status is a required attribute. However, it is not being validated and defaults to Not Working if not filled.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Create an asset
Fill everything except working status
Submit and notice it is not being validated, also it is defaulted to "Not Working"

Expected behavior

Working status should be validated to be true or false in the asset creation form.

Closing as not reproducible. It was reproducible a while back. Strange.
