Phone number field is malfunctioning in shift create form

Describe the bug

When we are entering normal number to the shift form, it is not getting accepted in the shift create form

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to '...'
2. enter all details and submit
3. See error

Expected behavior

Phone number field should be working properly in the shift create form
