Modify padding in consultation Update page #5747

Describe the bug

  • When we open the consultation update page, the update bed and the consultation form are not aligned properly
  • the padding of consultation form and markers are colliding

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to https://care.coronasafe.in/facility/ff83ce45-3229-4c1d-96e0-2b4b0ee5992f/patient/c5bd2c00-9ae9-4226-bc2a-77324d109df9/consultation/cc509737-71cb-4d62-83f7-2965cc88633b/update
  2. See error

Expected behavior

Everything should be given proper padding and alignment
