External Result phone number filter is malfunctioning

Describe the bug

when we type each digit of a phone number, it keep on filter on each digit on external results.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to https://care.ohc.network/external_results?page=1&limit=14&mobile_number=
2. type any phone number
3. See error

Expected behavior

It should prepare ideally search after a valid number
