Asset detail page icons and responsive issue

Describe the bug

• the icons of phone number and email id is missing in asset detail page
• the availability history section tooltip is clipping out in normal view

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to https://care.coronasafe.in/facility/657c32be-d584-476c-9ce2-0412f0e7692e/assets/337b10cc-3880-4c2c-8602-6a3786cbba29
2. See error

Expected behavior

• The icons should be properly shown on the asset detail page
• the tooltip should be properly visible in the availability history
