The following changes are required for the Decision after Consultation in the Consultation Form

Tasks

  • "Home Isolation" should be deprecated.
  • "Domiciliary Care" / "Home Care" should ask for admission_date (labeled as "Start date").
  • Add/update necessary backend validations for the same.
