Not able to use a stock in inventory

Describe the bug
When the user selects the option Use Stock in the Manage Inventory section, the form doesn't get validated.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to https://care.coronasafe.in/facility/657c32be-d584-476c-9ce2-0412f0e7692e/inventory/add
2. Select Inventory name as PPE, Status as Use stock, and Quantity as 10
3. Submit the form
4. See error

Expected behavior
The user should be able to use the stock as well.
