Add responsive design to Update Asset Service Record modal

Describe the bug
The Update Asset Service Record modal should use the new button components and the buttons should be placed in column view in mobile view.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to https://care.coronasafe.in/facility/10c66ed2-5b95-4649-bd2f-f5766334e1cd/assets/b8a60442-1ff0-458b-b72d-a2de5b2261c1
2. Open Mobile view
3. Scroll down to Service History
4. Click on Edit icon
5. See error
