Better UI for Principle diagnosis

The diagnosis section is very crowded.

Principle diagnosis need not be mentioned in text again as it will always be a diagnosis that is already mentioned in final/prov diagnosis.

I propose a simple highlight on the principle diagnosis which is anyway mentioned within inal/prov diagnosis would be apt.
