Styling issues in the patient details page

Describe the bug
There are multiple simple styling issues on the patient details page.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to patients
2. See error

Expected behavior

• There must be a margin below the Create Consultation button
• The Created and Last Edited cards are not centre aligned
• The key and value in the Created and Last Modified fields in Consultation History have the same styling making it hard to read.
