Tooltip not in correct styling in consultation dashboard.

Describe the bug
When hovered over the bed in the consultation dashboard. The tooltip styling is wrong.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to patients
2. Click on a patient
3. Hover over the bed.
4. See error

Expected behavior
The tooltip should be like other tooltips
