None option can be selected along with other options simultaneously in patient details

Describe the bug
In patient details dashboard, while updating patient details, in input Any medical history? The NONE option can be selected along with other options simultaneously

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to patient
2. Click on a patient
3. Go to patient details
4. Click on update details
5. Scroll down to Any medical history?
6. See error

Expected behavior
When NONE option is selected all other options must be unchecked.
