Describe the bug

new Nurse user is not able to view the camera feed in the patient consultation page

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to https://care.coronasafe.in/facility/d81147e0-b438-4ec8-9071-b775cdfa83db/patient/3ff5a86a-be96-4830-833d-3f345ee92490/consultation/12bc1767-091b-4043-9628-5d09afb51860
  2. Camera feed button is not visible
  3. See error

Expected behavior

new Nurse user should be able to view the camera feed in the patient consultation page

Hide Camera Feed button for all users other than doctors and district admin and above : #6539 as per the issue , nurse don't have access
