Patient Filters: Selected state of Facility, LSG Body and District is not working as expected

Describe the bug
When we apply Facility / LSG Body / District filters, they are not shown as the selected filter if we navigate away from patients page and come back.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to Patients Page (without filters)
2. Apply a facility filter
3. Go to assets page
4. Come back to patients list page
5. Even though the facility filter is applied, the facility is not selected in the advanced filters facility select menu.
6. Repeat the same for LSG Body and district

Expected behavior
Should show currently selected filter state properly for facility, lsg body and district
