Follow-up: #7812

  • As per the issue, the consent record missing badge should be only shown on the patient consultation page, as it is a consultation-specific record. So Removed it from the patient detail page.

Note: In consultation page, the badge is shown properly, the issue is to remove the badge from detail page only
