Corosync 3.1.3 Release Notes

I am pleased to announce the latest maintenance release of Corosync 3.1.3 available immediately from GitHub release section at https://github.com/corosync/corosync/releases or our website at http://build.clusterlabs.org/corosync/releases/.

This release contains mostly smaller bugfixes and one smaller feature. It's now possible to run corosync -v to get list of supported crypto and compression models which can be used in corosync.conf.
