Welcome to KeepUp!

What is KeepUp? KeepUp is a single page, React application that was designed to help transportation owners keep track with the maintenance issues of the automobiles that employees are allowed to use. Whenever a manintenance issue arise, users can report the issue to an admin, who can schedule the maintenance. Keeping up with maintenance issues in a timely manner will keep routine maintenance issues from becoming huge repairs.

Want to use KeepUp? Follow the instructions bellow to run the application.

1. Clone down this repository. git clone git@github.com:corri-golden/keepUp.git
2. cd into the root directory of the app.
3. run npm install.
4. run npm start to verify that installation was successful and start the application.
5. cd into the /api directory.
6. In the api folder, run json-server -p 5002 -w database.json.
7. Go to http://localhost:3000/ to view the app.

What can you do with KeepUp?

Their are two different views for the app. There is the user view where the issue can send maintenance issues and weekly updates to the admin views.
