  • Put in phy.cluster.masked_em._stats.
  • Add many unit tests.

To do later: support sparse structures.

  • When a cluster is selected, show the sorted list of most similar clusters with small CCG screenshot (or interactive d3.js plot), and close button
  • Wizard = next similar or next best

Closing for now: we're going to test a simpler version of the prototype that is just based on the cluster masks, with a simplistic distance measure between clusters.
