Remote 1

This remote contains CRA with these tweaks:

Start script calls webpack instead.
Upgraded TypeScript to v5 (necessary to resolve build issues).
Removed irrelevant CRA npm scripts.
Used the same tsconfig.json settings as the plain webpack remote.
