The current implementation of ICS misebehaviour handling (cryptographic equivocation evidence) is available for v47 version of ICS (ICS >= 3.x).

This feature should also be made available in ICS v2.x-lsm-provider so it can be added to gaia.

PR adding v47 changes is available here:
