Problem

A security issue was found in the last version of the cryptographic equivocation feature of ICS. Simply put, the handling of light client amnesia attacks could potentially lead to the slashing of correct validators on the hub.

Closing criteria

Drop consumer misbehaviours that correspond to an amnesia attack.
