Hey,

i'd like to have a way to distribute couchapps as tarballs that can then be installed as easily as

couchapp pushapps path/to/mycouchapp.tar.gz http://localhost:5984/mycouchapp

That would save lots of custom error prone deployment code.

By looking at the code, a vendor handler might be what I need to write, but I'm not sure.
