In both FreeGroupAutomorphism and FreeGroupMorphism, domain induces error if some elements of domain is not appeared in the data.

For example,

from train_track import *
F = FreeGroup(10, 'x')
f = FreeGroupAutomorphism({'x1':['x1','x2'], 'x2':['x1','x3'], 'x3':['x1']}, domain=F)
f

The generators ommited in the data might be fixed elements of the automorphism.
(But, we cannot determine in the morphism.)
