This PR addresses the remaining translations in #670.
Some of those, particularly the Chinese translations already exist, but are only visible/searchable if the correct locales are loaded. Eg
ISO3166::Country.find_by_any_name('美國')will only work if localezh-HKorzh-TWare loaded.As for Kosovo, there is still no ISO code assigned.
